TruSculpt iD: Your Answer to Getting Rid of Stubborn Fat

TruSculpt iD: Your Answer to Getting Rid of Stubborn Fat

Diet and exercise can help you lose weight, reduce your body fat, and improve your overall health. However, even a perfectly healthy lifestyle won’t allow you to spot-reduce fat from specific areas of your body.

When certain pockets of fat stick to your body even with lifestyle changes and weight loss, it might be time to bring in additional tools.

At Women's Health Associates of Southern Nevada, Northwest in Las Vegas, Nevada, Anita Gondy, MD, can easily, and nonsurgically reduce those annoying trouble spots with the truSculpt® iD procedure.

Discover how truSculpt iD is the answer to saying goodbye to stubborn areas of fat for good.

What is truSculpt iD?

TruSculpt iD is a noninvasive fat loss procedure that sculpts or contours your body. The technology used in truSculpt iD enables you to get rid of stubborn areas of fat pockets that haven’t responded to other changes.

Because truSculpt iD is noninvasive, you can achieve your desired results without undergoing surgery. Instead, you achieve results during a comfortable, convenient in-office procedure that only takes 15 minutes.

How truSculpt iD reduces fat

The truSculpt iD system works by using radiofrequency (RF) energy to identify fat cells in your body. Once these cells are targeted, heat energy destroys them.

After being hit by radiofrequency, the fat cells in the targeted area of your body liquify, which causes your body to safely and permanently dispose of the fat. The technology safely passes through your skin and won’t target any areas of your body other than fat cells.

Should I get truSculpt iD?

TruSculpt iD is a perfect fat loss solution if you’d like to eliminate fat from a trouble spot in a specific area, or multiple areas, of your body and are at or close to your ideal weight. It’s also a great choice if you’d like a procedure that gets results without surgery.

Getting truSculpt iD isn’t a replacement for losing weight, which is why you should wait until you’re at or close to your ideal weight before getting the procedure. TruSculpt iD also isn’t recommended if you’re pregnant, have poor abdominal wall tone, or have a pacemaker.

Getting a truSculpt iD treatment

The truSculpt iD procedure takes place at the WHASN - NS office. You will be in and out quickly, as the treatment itself only takes about 15 minutes.

Dr. Gondy applies the truSculpt iD system by placing applicators on the area you’re targeting to lose fat. As this happens, you can relax and enjoy the warmth from the applicators, which feels similar to getting a hot stone massage.

Once each treatment is complete, you can immediately go back to your typical routine. The treated area may feel slightly hot and appear red for a short time after your procedure.

It takes up to 12 weeks for your body to naturally eliminate your stubborn areas of fat. After 12 weeks, the procedure typically results in a loss of up to 24% of your body fat.

If you’d like to get rid of additional fat, you can schedule more sessions of truSculpt iD in the same area, or a different area if you’d like to spot-reduce multiple areas of your body.

Instead of feeling frustrated every time you look in the mirror, achieve your ideal figure with the simple and noninvasive truSculpt iD. Book your consultation by calling our office or requesting an appointment online today.
